I don't have time to say a lot, I am supposed to be packing! We're heading to Wheeler as soon as we all get our things together. We should be home on Sunday, minus Turkey Butt!
So, we had our appointment at the pulmonologist this morning. He was concerned that she wasn't as good as she should be considering all the medications that she has been getting. We're going to continue the breathing treatments three times a day for at least a month. We have to get her well! He has ordered some tests which give me great anxiety and fear.... The first one is actually several blood tests to test for immunity disorders. The second one is a sweat test to check for cystic fibrosis. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, pray for my baby girl, y'all, I am not sure how strong I can be without knowing the results. I'm really trying to put my faith in God for this, but man, it's hard!
We'll go on Monday to have the tests done. The blood test will take 7-14 days for results and we should know about the sweat test in 48 hours.
I'll update when I know more!
