Haaaaaaaaaaaaaapy Birthdaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
One of the unusual things about Daddy Dearest and myself is that our birthdays fall within one day of each other. DD will never let me forget, of course, that I am older....thanks, honey!
Anyways, it's been kinda crazy 'round here with all the celebratin'.... It started on Mother's Day (YEAH for Mothers!), I got to sleep in and I savored every minute of it! My gift from DD and the kiddos was 3 gift certificates for massages. I am pumped to cash those babies in! Next, DD grilled some yummy steaks for lunch, gotta love it when I don't have to cook! Later that day, I headed out to get my hair cut (again, long story, but it's all good now)! Then, I got to meet one of my friends to see a movie! We saw the new Matthew McConaugnahey movie. It was pretty cute and I was glad I got to see some yummy eye candy! Mother's Day was a great day!
Monday, was my birthday....36, can you believe it??? I remember growing up thinking that anything older than 30 was old! I was way wrong, of course! We didn't do too much celebrating, had some cake and another great gift certificate from Daddy Dearest (he rocks, doesn't he?!?). Tuesday was DD's birthday, 34, he's a young one! We went to Campisi's for dinner (yummy) and ended our evening at Double Dips for dessert....they even made a sweet little baby cone for Sweet Pea. She loved it! I gave DD a couple of golf shirts for his gift, can't go wrong with clothes, right??
So, we're all partied out here and it's only Wednesday! There's more to come though! We have a party for a friend this weekend and Sweet Pea turns 2 on the 24th!

Just had to share this video that Turkey Butt thinks is hilarious...I posted it for DD on his facebook page...Pretty cute!
